Digital designer

Location: Otley

Salary: £20k - £30k

The Role

The role of Digital Creative is to work as a valued member of the team, supporting and assisting the Head of Digital Creative. As a junior member of the team, a key part of the role is the creation and amendment of digital assets for existing clients, some website design and the creation of social media assets. A specialist skill set within this role is within the realm of video editing and sound.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Job skills

*Support and assistance to the Head of Digital Creative and Group Creative Directors

*Able to take a brief and deliver a solution which is creative and on-brief

*Hands on creation of digital assets across a wide range of clients

*Amends and updates to digital assets and platforms

*Website design on smaller scale sites

*Video editing/sound for content use on social media and client websites

*Social channel assets for a number of core agency clients

*A maintenance role within the digital department - giving flexibility to clients needing to quickly adapt and change digital assets

*Working with the wider Creative Department on idea generation for websites, social media and apps

*Work with the Development Team to ensure assets are designed and prepared in the correct way

*Ensure all digital work produced is on brand for each agency client

Software skills

*Adobe CS4, CS5 & CS6

*After Effects

*Stay abreast of latest digital technology and innovations
