Role: Senior Software Engineer - Embedded C, Linux, Open Source, Networking, CCTV

Location: Commutable from - Warrington, Chester, South Manchester, South Liverpool

Salary: £40,000 -£60,000 Experience depending

Industry leading microprocessor company operating in the surveillance industry. International presence, with the engineer team working out of a charismatic facility in the North West. Offering a great dynamic to work in, with a strong benefits package!

Day to Day Activity:

The development team allow for innovation and personal development, with like minded engineers.

This is a senior role, and candidates must be expert embedded software engineers with the following skills:

*Embedded C

*Embedded Linux

*Knowledge of Hardware

*Potential development using, C++, embedded C, C#, Java, QT/QML, Android

*Validating/ testing

*Project Management

Desirables

*Previously knowledge of opensource work

*Experience in the CCTV/ Surveillance industry

Personal Attributes

*Analytical Skills and methodical approach to tasks

*Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, across teams/ departments

Qualifications/ Experience

*Master's Degree in Electronics Engineer (or closely related field)

*5+ years industry experience

*Taking products through full lifecycle (test validation and development)
