Support Services Assistant Business Partner

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking a Support Services Assistant Business Partner to join their team. If you can demonstrate experience/knowledge ofthen you could be the Support Services Assistant Business Partner we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Support Services Assistant Business Partner, you will lead the overall cost allocation process (PCM) for both Sales & Non-Sales (actual, reforecast and budget) and liaise with many different areas within the group. You will also be required to assist and support the Support Services Accountant with understanding the central cost base. Additionally, you will take the lead on many aspects of analysis, reporting and business partnering for the group from a central/support costs perspective as well as working closely with the Support Business Partner on various other projects and pieces of analysis.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Extensive knowledge of financial and management reporting essential.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate financial matters to non-technical experts and senior members of the group.

* Strong analytical skills with previous experience required in creating and writing commentary for management

* Advanced MS office experience required (VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) with an excellent standard of formatting

* A good working knowledge of financial systems (with previous experience of SAP, BW & Business Objects preferred).
