Quality Systems Manager

Location- Redditch

Salary- £50,000- £60,000

An international automotive company who are a tier one supplier for some of the biggest OEM in the market is looking for a quality systems manager. They produce over 1 million electronic products a year, with the core manufacturing being in printed circuit boards assembly, injection moulding and final assembly and testing. They are looking for a Quality Systems Manager work to the new changes in industry standards, IATF 16949:2016.

They have a team member in place already to help with the changeover but need someone long term to continue the work and improve the quality over time.

Specific Skills

*Project and change management skills

*Understanding of Quality tools and techniques, experience in apply tools and techniques to mass production environment.

*Experience in the development and implementation of new tools and systems across multi-site organisations

*Detailed understand of Quality ISO9001, IATF 16949

*Qualified in lead auditing IAFT 16949 - if not you must have experience with IAFT 16949

*Experience in working with 3rd party auditors in achieving and maintaining system approval
