A leading manufacturer are recruiting for three positions within their manufacturing department to join their team near Bristol. Do you have experience in implementing the principles of lean manufacturing and driving production optimisation? If so, then you may be the engineer we're looking for.

Open vacancies:

* Lead manufacturing engineer- DOE

* Project manufacturing engineer- £42,000

* Cell manufacturing engineer- £40,000

Below is a brief overview of each of the roles;

Lead manufacturing engineer:

To lead the manufacturing cells department in the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the production system and the manufacturing engineering within projects in accordance with the requirements of the Product Commercialisation Process to achieve on time delivery of qualitative and cost effective products within a safe and LEAN manufacturing process.

Project manufacturing engineer (NPI focus):

To own and coordinate within the manufacturing engineering department the manufacturing deliverables within all stages of the product commercialisation process for new product platforms, customised products and continuous improvement projects to achieve designed for manufacturing products with safe, sustainable, LEAN and cost efficient production processes.

Cell manufacturing engineer (Basic electrical experience):

To own the manufacturing system within the allocated manufacturing cell(s) by the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the safe and LEAN processes for existing and new products to ensure operations on time to standard and within budget within the allocated manufacturing cell.
