Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

*Ability to propose solutions that answers to business needs

*Maintain a coherent solution that respects expected benefits, best practices and global standards

*Maintain an accurate, up-to-date, operational functional expertise

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

*Ensure that the IT and business project managers are supported during FO solutions rollout phase. This includes:

oOnboarding rollout teams, both global and local, about the functional aspect of Front Office solutions

oDelivering demos of the solutions or delegate demos to fellow functional lead in case a particular expertise is needed

oDriving the requirements gathering: organising functional workshops with rollout team, especially business representatives, collecting requirements, understanding / documenting processes, challenging requirements and if necessary proposing alternatives, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria so that they can be estimated, entering requirements into Version 1

oActively participating in the rollout analysis / confirmation phase after the BC is validated by detailing the requirements so that the delivery team can design the appropriate implementation

oUnderstanding and validating proposed design from the delivery team, challenging them and asking for alternatives if needed, from a functional and end-user perspective

oExplaining design to project team, especially business to get their buy in

oSupporting the project team in the BAT and early live support period

oEnsuring that proper functional knowledge about the solution is transitioned to local business and IT so that they can run the solution

*Maintain functional knowledge on country / BU regional implementation

oStay in touch frequently with rolled out country & BU

oCollect, challenge and review design of country / BU requirements closely with the delivery team

oParticipate to country / BU FO steerco to understand needs and promote FO solutions

*Participate to the solutions roadmap

oKeep up-to-date knowledge about their functional domain of expertise

oContribute to the innovation lab activity when appropriate

oMake suggestion of improvements to global Front Office solutions

oParticipate with the Solutions Lead to the elaboration of the global Front Office solutions roadmap

oDrive the requirements gathering, as explained above

oValidate the proposed design

oOrganise the BAT and propose sign off decision to FO Solutions Lead

*Participate actively in the Functional Leads community

oShare knowledge with other functional leads on their functional and/or domain of expertise

oHelp identify potential requests that could be interesting across countries and could be proposed as enhancement of the core solution

Personal Attributes:

*Able to understand, design and document the business processes associated with the relevant technology / solution functionality and capabilities

*Skilled in processes and methods such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and group facilitation

*Very good understanding of project life cycle and development and able to provide functional leadership in implementations and upgrade projects

*Capability to clearly formulate requirements and produce clear documents

*Willingness to go into the details and to challenge business requirements

*Ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with projects managers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and team work.

*Good ability to convince and capability to clearly explain

*Able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense

*Structured and well organised person

Professional & Leadership Experience:

*Experience working in project mode

*Consulting experience

*Experience in change management is an additional advantage

*Ideally CRM/Sales/Recruitement Business experience or good knowledge

Education & Training

*University degree preferably in business or any comparable education
