This company specialise in the design and manufacture of production machinery into their sister company. They are world leaders in the design and manufacture of production and automation machinery and now due to the continued success of the business they now require a Manufacturing Manager to take a pivotal role within the business.

In this role you will be leading and developing a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to manufacture, assemble and install a range of special purpose machinery. This will involve all works planning, priority planning, cost tracking and budget control, and all other management activities involved with the team.

The ideal candidate will be a manufacturing or production manager, with a background in leading mechanical and electrical engineers. You will have a good knowledge of works planning and prioritisation and jigs, tooling and fixtures.

The role:

*Lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers

*Manufacturing, Assembly and installation of equipment

*Works planning and prioritisation

*Welding techniques, tooling, jigs and fixtures

*Cost tracking and control

The Person:

*Manufacturing or Production Manager

*Previously lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers

*Knowledge of machine manufacturing and assembly

*Knowledge of welding jigs and fixtures
