Role: IT Operations Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Duration: 3-6 months
Our client is looking an London based Operations Manager to manage one of the platform team, which is one of the top 3 critical platforms.
Resource should have:-
* Experience in managing production support team
* Experience in managing multi-geo teams
* Experience in setting up the team structure for follow the sun model or 24/7 as per the leadership directive
* Be willing to work odd hours to support the on call team and handle escalations (OT till be applicable for this role)
* Experience in onboarding/transitioning new projects to the Operations team.
* Exposure to DevOps/ Digital development environment is desirable but NOT mandatory
