My client based in Bristol are looking for a Strategy and Communications Manager on an initial 6 month contract

You will be working on a new project of which you will be driving the formulation, development,implementation and status reporting of the organisations IT services strategy.

You will be

-Taking the lead on the communications of key topics within it services

-Lead on the communication of important IT related issues within the wider organisations community

-Develop the necessary communications processes, standards and tools to deliver an effective communications strategy based on best practice within the sector

-Support IT services initiatives through expert guidance and support for good communications practices

-Provide strategic and communications guidance in the transition to new intranets for the university

-To be accountable for the new IT services intranet, project managing the transition and being responsible for the capability post go-live

You must have

-Experience of developing strategies, policies, procedures and standards

-Stakeholder management

-Knowledge of website management and principles of digital governance

-Knowledge of graphic design principles, experience with desktop publishing software
