Linux Engineer / Software Engineer / DevOps Engineer / AWS / RedHat / Git / MariaDB / Elastic / MySQL / Perl / BashMy client are currently recruiting for a Linux Specialist to join their team on a 3 month contract basis with immediate effect.The client themselves are a start-up based in Glasgow and are prepared for candidates to work remotely on the basis that they are happy to visit the office now and then for meetings. This wouldn't be a deal-breaker, but those willing to do this may be considered favourably over others.The role itself is largely project based and I would be interested in hearing from candidates who have experience in the following:

'€¢Experience working in start-ups before (not necessarily essential)'€¢Linux'€¢Perl or Bash Scripting (or other scripting tool with willingness to learn Perl)'€¢Database Systems (MySQL, MariaDB are preferable)'€¢Elastic Search (nice to have)
