Job Role: Network voice engineer
Location: London
Contract Length: 3 months with a view to extend
Start Date: ASAP
? - 7+ years' experience as network voice engineer.
? - Good knowledge on SIP protocol.
? - SIP migration experience
? - Experience with encryption for signaling and media.
? - Specialist in Session Border Controllers (preferably Oracle).
? - HMR (header manipulation rules) experience.
? - Experience with design and implementation of SBC architecture.
? - Preferably with experience and enjoyment for working with different counties/time zones.
? - Architecture knowledge of target environment (not necessarily Oracle SBCs, but similar in function)
? - Experience of defining risk-based test scope and planning to focus on areas of highest incidence of migration failure
? - History of scheduled, in and out of hours migration of numbers and blocks to SIP with an enterprise vendor
? - Nice to have: routing and call behavior knowledge and transposition across different platforms/vendors
