Our financial services are underpinned by a bespoke, market leading, FinTech portfolio which is developer and managed by a professional and experienced IT team, located in Daresbury (Warrington), who develop and maintain secure enterprise applications for our in-house users and external clients.
To support the firm’s growing technology estate and user base, we seek an experienced IT Services Manager to:
* Manage the IT services team, according to ITIL processes
* Manage support request, incidents and problems
* Monitor and report on support request, incidents and problems
* Monitor and report on system availability and performance
* Develop and maintain processes use by the IT services team and participate in the development of the wider IT organisation
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills and experience, including:
* Working with SLAs
* Managing Service Desk systems
* Managing a technical team
* Public-facing service desk environment
* Microsoft Office 365
* Custom applications
* Amazon Web Services
* An IT-related degree and ITIL foundation certificate.
