A really ambitious company have an urgent need for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their team on a 3 month contract.

Despite being relatively new, this company have been on the go for over 20 years and want people to join their team on this contract due to a huge spate of work they are currently undertaking that is creating a bottleneck of tickets that need sorting.

The hours of this job follows 4 shift patterns of which 3 are core and 1 is adhoc which will be dependent on the needs of the business.

You will sit in the ITSM team and be responsible for providing 1st line support to the business. You will analyse and filter tickets as well as provide basic support to people of all levels in the business. Anything above 1st line has to be escalated efficiently to Level 2.

Responsibilities will include:

* Work management; Incidents & Service Requests backlog, RCA and resolution

* Support the IT Service Manager with process improvements within the team

* Support project, development and application support teams with testing, debugging and troubleshooting where necessary

For this role you should have the following experience:

* 1st Line Support experience

* Microsoft products (Active Directory/ Windows Server 2008 & 2012 R2/Exchange 2010/Windows 7 & 8/ Office 2010, 2013, 2016).
