Process Engineer (ITIL)

Location - Telford - Occasional travel to various client sites

Duration: 3 months

The division is transforming how it operates and needs someone to help review and redesign key processes:

* Incident and Problem Management

* Release Management

* Request fulfilment

* Continuous integration/continuous Deployment pipeline

A Proven background in designing and recording ITIL processes and have had experience working on a sizeable IT transformation project.

Confident facilitating and commanding workshops with varying levels of technical/managerial stakeholders, with the purpose to gather requirements and produce diagrammatic representations using CMMI Terminology and notation.

Responsibilities;

* Identify current processes in need of improvement

* Identify, organise and lead working groups of stakeholders to review and map new processes.

* Scope new initiatives and design new solutions to improve process.

* Use knowledge to recommend possible insertions of technology to support proposed new processes.

* Map current roles to new process and make recommendations for possible insertions of any new roles identified.

* Plan and manage approach to deliver the revise processes.

* Drive and implement change to all staff on multiple levels within the delivery group and external stakeholders.

Essentials Skills;

* Experience in a similar role, working across multiple functions within a software Delivery and support organisation.

* Previously implemented similar requirements.

* A working knowledge of DeVops

* Lean/Six Sigma Certified

* Strong Analytical skills; ability to interpret raw data and drive forward key decisions.

* Experience working within Government departments.

* Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.

* Project Management skills
