We are working with an expanding business who are in need of a new Lead Software Developer. You will have a central role on projects, oversee all aspects of software delivery and deliver beyond expectations of their high profile client base.

You will be building large-scale, bespoke, business-critical systems for some of the world's most high-profile organisations.

To be successful you will have demonstrable passion for technology and be a hands on leader. We want you to use your own experience, approach and leadership style to focus on all aspects of a project, including new technology trends and development.

Key skills

A good full stack web development background in either C#, Java, Scala or JavaScript (Node, Angular, React)

Agile

A relevant university degree

Strong experience with OO design, design patterns, data structures

Ability to mentor and train new developers with hands on coaching

Ability to lead by example
