My client based in London are looking for a second line support analyst on an initial 14 month contract
You will be working in a busy team, of which you will be providing specialist 2nd line support for users across the organisation.
Summary:
Experience 1st line support
Phone based predominantly but will be some email and ticketing
250/300 queries per day for the whole team which is 4 analysts who report into a team lead
Communication skills essential
Generally speaking its phone based support
Includes email and portals (ticketing system) but mostly phone
Extremely busy - Up 250/300 per day for the whole team
