Business Analyst- Trading- Financial Information Exchange (FIX)

(Business Analyst,Finance,Trading Systems,FIX, Money Markets,Agile, as-is, to be,Change,Transformation,technical,technology,infrastructure,software development) My client is seeking a Business Analyst with extensive Financial Trading messaging systems including FIX (Financial Information Exchange) You will join an energetic and fast-paced team, your role will support the ongoing delivery of various Finance and IT projects.

As a Business Analyst you will:

* Analyse problems, business needs and requirements to communicate them effectively to solution providers

* Manage and deliver workshops

* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse requirements

* Challenge stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively prioritised

* Highlight risks/issues

Skills and experience required:

* Have a technical background - Financial Systems

* Messaging experience (FIX)

* Trading systems experience

* Strong analytic thinking

* Good organisational, planning and time management skills

* Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills

* High attention to detail

* Creative and flexible approach to problem solving

Desirable skills and experience

* Experience of working in an agile delivery environment

* Professional BA qualifications

* FIX (Financial Information Exchange)
