THE JOB

You will be working within the digital marketing department comprising of 4 people. As the developer, your job is to understand, develop and test all aspects of specific projects you are working on. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to exceed customer expectations by producing quality work and delivering outstanding service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

In addition to having excellent communication skills, productive time management and the ability to work effectively within a team, the following skills are essential:

- HTML 5/CSS

- JavaScript/jQuery

- Ability to write clean and reusable code

- Responsive web design, grid systems and frameworks

- Knowledge of Version control (GIT)

- Experience of CMS & E-commerce systems

- Cross-browser development and accessibility

- Experience in the development of websites for desktop, tablet & mobile

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)

- Knowledge of backend dependency management e.g. composer

- Ability to construct an API using REST/OAuth
