1st/2nd Line Support EngineerOur market leading, highly successful London based client is looking for an experienced1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, to join their team on a permanent basis. The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will play a critical role in being responsible for desktop support, administration, maintenance and development of the IT Depertment's Security Services.The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer person must be dynamic, good problem solving skills and prepared to tackle a broad range of challenges. Our client encourage everyone in the team to put their hand up and make suggestions, they solve problems together.  1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Key Skills:

Windows Desktop - Build, configure, troubleshoot'€¢

Virtual Server - Build, configure, troubleshoot'€¢

Ipad/IOS - Basic user assistance, app installation, Wifi connection'€¢

Android OS devices - Basic user assistance, app installation, Wifi connection'€¢

Network connectivity -  Planning and requesting cabling requirements. Understanding connectivity and constraints.'€¢

Network essentials - IP address principals and planning, switch and hardware requirements'€¢

Cisco Switch Port configuration'€¢

Firewall - Principles
