Are you a Team Leader from either a production or test facility background inside the manufacturing industry looking to progress your career inside the leading testing house in the UK?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a market leading company who offer full training on testing procedures to UKCAS certification standard. You will also have a direct influence on the department and the running of its day to day operations.

This company is looking for an experienced man manager who will not be afraid to shake the department up and make hard choices.

This is a well-established company with in excess of 300 staff. They are an industry leader in the manufacture and test of specialist products inside the construction industry.

This role would suit a Team Leader from either a manufacturing or testing background, you will have experience inside the engineering industry and have a proven track record in man management. Experience with UKAS standards is highly advantageous.

The Role:

* Supporting a leading UKAS accredited facility

* Leasing with clients and internal managers

* Maintaining quality testing procedures

The Person:

* Experienced managing a small team

* Experienced managing a testing facility

* From a testing or manufacturing background
