RPA (BluePrism/UiPath) Developer - Bristol - Contract
Type: Contract
Location: Bristol
Duration: Initial 6 months
Day rate: £350-£400 per day
Description:
Computer Futures are seeking a UiPath Developer with extensive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience, to join a key client of ours based in Bristol. You will support all RPA activities, helping them to design and deliver key automation projects.
The Role:
* Identification of areas where automation can be deployed
* Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
* Prioritise and select suitable processes for automation
* Analyse, understand and document the business processes in detail, where required, and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders
* Work closely with SMEs to deliver the right automation
* Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions using UiPath (experience of other software, such as Blue Prism, is advantageous)
* Identify and communicate the RPA technical infrastructure requirements
* Supporting the relevant teams during the UAT and rollout phases
* Identifying areas where alternative approaches may be necessary, i.e. when RPA isn't the answer
Skills and Experience:
* Degree level qualification or equivalent by qualification or experience
* Experienced UiPath RPA Developer with commercial experience across a couple projects.
* Experience in producing design solutions, and reviewing end-to-end processes
* Familiarity with software implementation cycles (e.g. Dev, UAT, Prod, etc.)
* Ability to decipher processes into logical process flows
* Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the business
* Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects
* Ability to work under own initiative, overcome obstacles, and resolve complex problems
* Ability to communicate across technology and business groups
* RPA Development accreditation
* Demonstrable experience of other RPA tools, such as; Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Thoughtonomy etc.
* Demonstrable experience of Process Improvement
* Experience in Agile delivery methodology
