C# Developer / Team Lead (.Net Software Engineer SQL Entity AWS PostgreSQL). Looking for a leadership role where you are able to influence and inspire other likeminded C# developers?

Successful financial solutions provider is seeking an experienced C# Developer / Team Lead to take ownership of the company's C# development, with a core focus on supporting, mentoring and training other developers, ensuring that they consistently deliver high quality code whilst following best practise.

As a C# Developer / Team Lead you will take on a range of responsibilities including; monitoring performance, mentoring junior developers and supporting other developers through technical discussions, recruiting new developers, identifying training requirements and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your C# and leadership skills by sharing your knowledge with others whilst taking on the challenge of working within a fast paced, growing company.

With offices based in the heart of London you will be joining a relaxed work environment with flexible working hours allowing you to have the opportunity to work from home.

Requirements:

*Strong technical background (C#, .Net, SQL, Design Patterns)

*Excellent leadership and management skills

*Excellent communication skills (able to influence and motivate those around you)

*Desirable: Microsoft certification, AWS, JavaScript, REST API, MVC, NoSQL
