Spring technology are recruiting for a highly motivated data scientist , with demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills who has the ability in depth analysis's to tell a story with data and provide data -driven solutions using statistical analysis predictive modelling , machine learning and deep learning techniques , to come and join one of our leading online financial services organisations based in London for a period of 6 months.

Our client are experiencing a great period of growth at present and are looking to add to their already impressive Data science team you will be tasked with Mining into the data deeply to pull insightful customer patterns to help improve our business

Role requirements

*3 years' experience in a Data Scientist/ Data Mining type role

*Expert technical & Analytical skills

*Strong knowledge of Programming languages ( Python , R , Scala , Java or similar)

*Knowledge of open source big data software ( Apache , Hadoop , spark , Hive , Pig )

*Experience of working on credit underwriting projects would be advantageous

*Mathematical or analytical degree
