One of the UK's leading brands is currently going through a very exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Please apply if you are at the stage where you would like to take the step up to senior BA also)

As a result, they are currently looking to expand their Business Systems function with an experienced Senior Business Analyst to assist in the design of their solutions and systems architecture as well as the implementation of numerous projects.

You'll have quite a few responsibilities within this role and you'll have to conduct analysis, design of new requirements & design business system solutions. We'll expect you to understand new business requirements at a system, functional and process level and also current business processes and their dependency upon IT systems.

As a Senior BA, we'll want you to manage delivery of small scale change requests as appropriate, Build and maintain key relationships with the business units and with the 3rd party delivery teams employed to support the projects, ensuring that the delivery is reflective of requirements.

We will want you to support continuous improvement in the BA and wider IT teams, coaching and mentor those with less experience, you'll be responsible for a for a team of roughly four to five Business Analysts.

Experience and skills required;

* 4/5 Years + Business Analyst Experience

* Experience in Managing/Mentoring (or be at the level ready to take on a team)

* Design and build principle experience

* Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment

* Proven experience in technical systems integration (ETL experience would be beneficial)

* The ability to translate non-functional requirements

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Able to communicate with senior stakeholders and work as part of a team
