£50,000 - £60,000 + Profit Share + Bonus + Car + Career Progression

Are you an Operations Manager/Director looking to join a company with massive expansion plans in place, and be a part of their exciting journey whilst holding a high status position?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company in the middle of exciting growth plans. Where you will have the responsibilities for overseeing the operations of the site and setting KPI to push the business into larger production.

This position would suit an engineer an Operation Manager/Director from a manufacturing environment.

*Setting KPI to reach production targets
