Dynamics 365 (CRM) Business Analyst - Dynamics CRM

Role: Dynamics 365 (CRM) Business Analyst - Dynamics CRM

Rate: £400-500 per day

Length: 3 Months

Location: Kent (Remote working available)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Business Analyst required for an initial 3 month contract based in Kent. You will be working closely with the organisations key business stakeholder involved in the project to bridge the gap between the technology teams and the business to support the overall end goal of the CRM Programme.

Skills/Experience:

- Experience working as a Business Analyst on multiple Dynamics CRM projects.

- Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).

- Experience working within a corporate environment dealing with Key Stakeholders.

- Demonstrable experience of rationalising business processes in the context of a CRM implementation.

- A technical understanding of Dynamics CRM in order to communicate needs to technical teams.

Additional:

- Able to work on own initiative.

- Confident with communicating across multiple business departments.

- Resilience in handling objections and challenges.
