Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading public sector clients.

Based in Milton Keynes the client are looking for an experience Account Manager on an Initial 11 month contract.

This role is outside of IR35.

To provide the leadership, relationship and account management skills to enable the client to provide more and better products & services to there overseas customers.. The Key Account Manager will ensure that they understands the customer's goals, ambitions and capabilities to ensure that we are able to deliver the right outcomes at the right price.

The Key Account Manager will assume responsibility for the performance of the accounts, working hard to ensure that project management, delivery and service staff are aligned and working towards a common collaborative goal.

Responsibilities.

*Leading strategic Account Plans and creating and managing account Gold Sheets.

*Articulating enhanced relationship models and ways of working to develop the relationship with our customers.

*Understanding the operational requirements of our customer and aligning those with services we can provide and finding creative ways of delivering those that we currently don't offer.

*Managing the Blue Sheet opportunity register and taking opportunities through the appropriate governance schedules / sales cycles to successful closure

*Providing regular and periodic performance, relationship and delivery updates to Senior Management.

*Providing leadership, guidance and learning to colleagues in the Americas and other regions on the Americas strategy and how others can affect it.

*Identifying current and future issues and resolving them successfully.

*Identifying opportunities and leads, ensuring they are accurately recorded on CRM and engaging the correct people to take them forward.
