Senior .NET Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced .NET Developer for an exciting project within the Financial Services industry. Our client is a renowned financial firm based in Zurich and is looking to hire on contracting basis to enhance a banking platform.

Tasks

* Design and development of interactive User Interfaces as well as backend components for a trading platform

* Add new functionalities and implement enhancements according to client feedback

* Bugfixing, code reviews, performance testing

* Ensure stable and high-performance operation of web application

* Act as a consultant for IT projects

Requirements

* Several years of experience as a Software Engineer within the Banking & Financial Services industry

* Expert knowledge of the .NET stack and modern web technologies, such as ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, HTML, Bootstrap, Knockout/AngularJS

* Preferably knowledge of ASP.NET Core, ElasticSearch, Redis

* Excellent skills in programming in C#

* Flexibility in a dynamic environment and increased willingness to perform when needed

* Understanding of financial products and underlying processes, especially in the area of structured products

* Excellent English a MUST, German a plus

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.

Start date: February/March

Length of contract: 6 months rolling
