My Client is looking for an SAS Data Management Platform SME to join the team, based in London for an initial 3-6 month project.

The DMP will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of the DMP and Ad server strategy, ensuring internal targets are hit, and adoption of the DMP solution is high. Importantly, they are the single point of contact working with the digital lead, Audience Manager on the digital marketing business side. They are the main technology lead and will typically be responsible for managing the technical integration of the DMP within the existing technology stack, ensuring data flow is maximised. They will work closely with other platform owners to ensure successful, compliant on boarding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data, dependent on the clients use cases. They will also manage the rollout of new releases, projects, features and functionality relating to the DMP and ensure all billing related to the platform is carried out accordingly.

Skills:

* Manage collection and integration of first party audience data across client sites, e.g.

* Maintain and assist with second party and third party integration's

* Ensure data fidelity through excellent system administration of the DMP and Ad server

* Work with Marketing to ensure effective legal and compliance of audience-targeted ad campaigns

* Anticipate and avoid problems with data, segmentation, platform performance; troubleshoot, document and fix technical issues with Salesforce and the Service Management team as they happen

* Assist with Marketing in building a process for regular segment creation, segment retirement, taxonomy updates and marketing products built on the premise of leveraging audience data

* Maintain standards for data integration's & requirements for ad serving

* The role holder will work with designated stakeholders to produce an aggregated demand portfolio that considers new demand based on alignment to key Business strategies. The role holder will provide creative solutions to address all data requirements, which draw on existing technologies and investigating new alternatives. The role holder must evaluate demand based on value to the business i.e. cost savings or business generation. The role holder will be expected to leverage wider initiatives in IIT.

* The role holder will support the design, build, test and delivery of key data solutions to stakeholders working closely with the data partners to ensure that the solution built is fit for purpose. The role holder needs to ensure that detailed analysis of requirements are conducted and signed off by the business to ensure effectiveness, relevance and accuracy.

* The role holder will be responsible for building a performance management culture through implementation of robust budgets, metrics and corporate targets

* The role holder will lead and develop both the technical team and functional team to help achieve all the business and team objectives in the most effective manner.

* The role holder will be required to line manage 3 to 6 reports. This includes Personal Development and training.

* The role holder will also be responsible for managing an offshore support model aligned to the business area they support.

* Stakeholder Management and Leadership

* The role holder will manage a portfolio of stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary data to move their business forward. This will require excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance the needs of multiple senior stakeholders through regular communication whilst ensuring these are prioritised based on value and alignment to the Business objectives

* Awareness of marketing technologies such as DMP, Ad server, Attribution

* Exposure to agile techniques

* Awareness of innovative management information tools and systems is essential. Governance and compliance policies, standards, and procedures required to fulfil role e.g. data security and records management.

* Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations, comment and insight. Wider-thinking and problem solving - identifying and delivering reporting through own initiative. Understanding of change management process.

* Experience of analysis and development of data structures, data modelling and reporting solutions.
