1st Line Support Analyst
This position is initially for a 3 month fixed term.
My client, a leading technology company is seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to act as the single point of contact for over 1000 users at various levels. As the 1st Line Support Analyst, you will provide first time fixes or manage the incidents within the ITIL framework and agreed SLA's.
The successful 1st Line Support Analyst you will possess the following technical skills:-
*Windows operating systems.
*Desktop applications.
*Active Directory.
*Installation, troubleshooting, maintaining desktop hardware and software.
*ITIL environment experience.
