Due to significant investment and expansion a Leading Science & Engineering company are seeking out individuals with experience in Systems Engineering / Collective Training Transformation to work on large scale defence projects in the UK. They currently have a number of roles available and are seeking professionals with varied levels of knowledge and experience.

They are looking for Experience in some or all of the below

* System Engineering (service based transformation experience)

* Technical management

* Independent reviewer

* Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF/ ARCHIMATE, MODAF)

* Analysis of 'AS IS' and the ability to develop the 'TO BE' architectures in relation training design and transformation.

* Understanding of concepts and principles underpinning Live, Virtual and Constructive training systems.

* Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams, dealing with multiple stakeholders and clients, particularly in a military context.

They are looking for knowledge in some of the following

* Training transformation

* Collective training

* Land domain training systems such as: CATT (Combined Arms Tactical Training), CAST (Command and Staff Training)

* Synthetic environment training systems

* DTEC - Defence Training Education Coherence and Joint Service Publication (JSP) 822

You would be working for an industry leader and expert in defence, science and engineering and joining some of the world's finest scientific and technical minds helping solve some of the world's most challenging problems.
