Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - East London - Market Leading Housebuilder

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor ideally from a residential developer background to work on an exciting mixed use development located in a prime location on the River Thames.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be mostly based on site and will be working within an experienced and friendly commercial team.

Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Experience working on new build residential projects.

* Have a solid track record as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK.

* Great communication skills and the ability to lead smaller projects.

* Working for a nationally recognised contractor will be advantageous.

* Developer background is preferred but not essential.

* Possessing a degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification will be advantageous.
