RNLD CHC Nurse Assessor/Continuing Healthcare Assessor

Location: Midlands

Rate: up to £280pd (inside of IR35)

Contract Duration: 3 months initially

Skills required: Continuing Healthcare and Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

An NHS client of ours is currently looking for a Registered Nurse CHC Nurse Assessor to complete an initial 3 month contract. The ideal interim should have a good knowledge around the NHS Framework for Continuing Healthcare.

Essential skills required:

You must have BE an active Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse.

Experience of carrying out Continuing Health Care new assessments or CHC reviews In the Community in Residential homes, Nursing homes and care homes.

Carrying out assessments for suitability of care packages.

Writing reports of assessments .

Knowledge of the Continuing Health care framework.

Previous experience of completing DST's, Health Needs Assessments and FNC assessments for patients out in the community.

This role requires travel across the area so access to your own car is needed.
