An Investment Bank is looking for a Service Management Operations specialist to join their London team on a permanent basis at AVP level.

You will be supporting business-critical Front Office applications. Your background should be in Financial Services so you are familiar with the pace and pressure.

You will need to be skilled in SQL and have experience with both Linux and Windows environments, with an emphasis on Windows.

The suite of applications covers multiple asset classes. You will need familiarity with ITIL framework and the ability to communicate flawlessly with service providers.

Exposure to scripting is also advantageous. The applications are written in Python.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to progress your career into management. There will be the opportunity to take on Project Management ownership.
