Software Architect (C# Java JavaScript C++ Python AWS REST API microservices Agile DDD TDD). Start-up SaaS software house that is disrupting the business telephony market is seeking a skilled Software Architect to own and guide key aspects of the core product architecture. Working closely with development and operations teams you will evolve and improve the Continuous Delivery environment and be an evangelist for Agile and Lean software development practices. You'll articulate system constraints and enable development teams to deliver scalable, performant and secure software.

The company is technology driven environment with regular hack-a-thons, coding katas, lunch and learn, training courses and conferences as well as being active contributors to the open source community. Based in Basingstoke with a regular shuttle bus to a mainline train station and parking available.

Requirements:

*Strong development skills in at least two languages (C#, Python, Java, C++, Ruby)

*Ability to apply architectural principles in an Agile environment with a good knowledge of evolutionary architectures, Design Patterns, Domain Driven Design, microservcies, REST, API design

*Hands-on approach, happy to pair with developers, testers and operations engineers

*Strong advocate of Agile and Lean principles and practices

*Excellent communicator, able to facilitate communication and manage the needs of multiple teams
