KCOM are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager / Customer Success Consultant to work closely with clients, acting as a conduit between the client (both stakeholders & technical teams) and the project delivery function at KCOM.
We are looking for someone who can represent KCOM as a trusted advisor for the customer's business and technology strategies, aiding Sales with the exploitation of opportunities
You will work with the customer to develop, maintain and prioritise a product backlog that will drive innovative trials that have proven ROI and, conversely, quickly rule out initiatives with little or no benefit
This position requires someone with technical project management experience, coupled with strong relationship building skills, stakeholder management experience and commercial acumen.
We have a Public Sector client based near Leeds, who is currently untaking a Digital Transformation (Channel Shift project. KCOM are responsible for transitioning this client from engaging with thier customers via converntional Contact Centre, to engaging with them using a plethora of technology based platforms.
* Strong Client Management or Project Management background
* Experience managing projects within Digital Transformation and Channel Shift
* Experience working with Public Sector clients
* Man Management experience - you will be managing a small team of Architects/Developers
