Senior Java Developer
(Java, JSON, XML, RESTful, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Linux, Git, Jira, Jenkins)
Crewe; up to £55,000 + Couple of days remote work a week + onsite parking + flexible working + 3% pension + games room
I am looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a team of 4 Developers based in Crewe near great attractions such as the Golf course! My client is a well-established and very busy, cash strong business with an international customer base and office presence in a thriving industry sector. As a picture of the scale of their operation, they have offices in 5 international locations!
You will have the chance to work with the latest technology on the market, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best, as well as bring your valuable experience to the table. To be successful in this role you will be familiar with Java, JSON, XML, RESTful, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Linux, Git, Jira, Jenkins.
Other technology used in this business includes:
UNIX, UML, Drools.
Any experience with the aforementioned tech will be beneficial, and if not, you will have the chance to learn!
Overall they have around 400 employees, they work with a lot of the Fortune 500 companies and they are growing really fast due to an increase in customers over the last couple of years. They believe in organic growth so they really push employees to learn as much as possible and work their way up in the rankings.
You will be working on their ongoing transformation from licensed software to a full in house system and from there you will take on other new and exciting major projects.
