A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for a Junior Trade Floor Support Analyst to join their Systems Infrastructure Team on a three month contract based in London.

The Junior Trade Floor Support Analyst will need the following experience and knowledge:

* Demonstrable trading room support experience is desirable and skilled at working with traders and end users.

* A degree within Information Technology ideally in Computer science - desirable.

* Good knowledge of MS OS Windows 7 and Server 2008/2012; MS Office product suite.

* Windows Deployment Services.

* Application packaging and deployment using group policy.

* Good knowledge of networking.

* Active Directory.

* SQL Server.

* Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments.
