BI Developer/Analyst - Maidenhead

An outstanding organisation based in Maidenhead is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer with excellent business-facing skills to join their organisation in response to the growth of their BI team.

You'll work as part of a small, dedicated team of BI Developers, working on a range of long-term and BAU Projects. Your role will be highly business-facing, with a focus on requirements gathering and translating the needs of your stakeholders/end users into a technical solution. As part of the role you will be up-skilled in SSIS and SSAS, including Data Warehousing and Tabular Model creation.

Key skills/experience include:

Experience in developing MS BI Reporting solutions in SSRS, SSIS and T-SQL

Experience in Mortgage/financial services industry is highly desirable

Excellent business-facing skills essential

Ability to work in unstructured, rapidly-changing environment essential

This is a permanent position, offering an attractive salary of up to £50,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits that are not to be sniffed at. Further to this you'll receive hands-on training in SQL Server Integration and Analysis Services development from a team of highly skilled BI Professionals.
