Role: 2x Embedded Software / Embedded Firmware Engineer

Location: Aberdeen

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Benefits: Flexible working hours, pension, Shares and death in service.

The company:

This company are a small engineering team of 5 who are looking to add another 2x senior embedded Software / firmware engineer to the team to take an engineering lead on their current and upcoming projects.

The role:

*This role would suit an engineer with 5+ years' experience looking to take more of a lead on projects.

*Develop the existing software and modify and build new software.

*Your main project will be on a real-time communication modem.

*The role will primarily be focussed on embedded firmware (with an expectation to work on relevant software programming as required), and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to have ownership for the coding approaches and methods employed.

Essential skills:

*5 years minimum experience in software or firmware development

*Programming experience with C, C++ or C#

*Digital design Experience with PCB layout
