Our Central Government client requires a DV cleared Consultant. The role will involve the development of a Defensive Cyber Operations Consultant to better understand the linkages and interactions between various functions

Role Profile

* Develop the Cyber Security Operations Capability (CSOC) CONEMP

* Develop the DCO CONOPS

* Define processes for high level linkages between DCO and related pan-defence functions and activities

* Develop plan for implementing CONEMP and CONOPS

Key Skills / Experience

* Proven experience of developing military documents such as a CONEMP/CONOPS and supporting documents

* Proven ability of developing implementation plans detailing tasks, scheduling and resources required in order to bring new functionality online

* Proven experience of military operations

* Previous experience of working on Defence cyber projects and cyber operations

* Weightings given above will be used at both the shortlisting and evaluation phase

* Have ability to evaluate information and present in such a way that is easily understood by the target audience, including through written and oral communication

* Have ability to own issues and drive them to resolution. Provide direction to inform sound decisions based on business priority and technical feasibility

* Have ability to think creatively and be able to articulate innovative ideas to solving complex business problems
