I am working with an exciting SME in London who are growing and require additional resource in the Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain area(s).

This will be an initial 4-6 month contract, with the potential to extend, or even become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities

- Managing all key accounts

- Responsible for submitting all bulk seasonal wholesale orders to suppliers

- Working together with wholesale team and production teams to plan key dates for wholesale season ahead and current, including all critical paths are stuck to and delivery dates achieved

- Working with production to provide the pre-season goods in forecast to the warehouse team

- Working with production team and warehouse team ensuring all key account requirements such as labelling, specific packaging etc. is achievedensuring sales account ledgers are up to date

- Ensure client credit control is managed, maintained and not breached, working alongside clients to ensure payment performance is optimised

- Working with the system SAP B1 on upload of data, ensuring consistency and accuracy

- Stock management for wholesale orders, allocating stock in line with wholesale priorities

- Releasing wholesale orders and managing client and system requirements

- Main point of contact for all logistic queries, ensuring custom related queries are dealt with speedily

- Ensuring all customer relations are sound and good relationships kept amongst all parties

- Manage stock between web stock, retail and wholesale

- Logistics: Carrier management, inbound and outbound shipment management

- Review and understand individual system requirements of all major wholesale clients, implement change to ensure efficiency

- Main contact for all carriers, clients, suppliers, ensuring all contracts are in place, ensuring all business is optimal and most cost effective

- Ensuring all outbound invoices, commercial invoices, shipping documents, performer invoices are submitted timely and correctly
