Senior Support Analyst, Aberdeen, up to £30,000

A Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for an experienced support Analyst to join the quick growing, fast paced Service Desk team. The company is a fairly new company that was founded in 2015 and focuses on guiding organisations in the right direction and works closely with them over a lengthy period to ensure Digital Solutions are continuing to increase and add value.

They are looking for a Support Analyst who is ready to take the step into a lead position and have a key contribution to ensuring the smooth running of the busy service desk.

What the role will entail;

* Working on advanced support tickets - internally and external

* Mentor and guide support analysts

* Contribute to improving processes and documentation

* Liaising and working with other departments

What the candidate needs;

* Experience with Windows Servers, SQL Servers and Microsoft office

* An understanding of Skype for Business and Sharepoint

* Experience with DNS and DHCP, File and Print Services and Backup technologies is a bonus
