SQL/BI Developer - using T-SQL, SSIS, C# and learning Tableau & Azure

Are the software solutions you're working on rivalling giants like Uber?

Do you feel you're starting to master T-SQL and SSIS, but you're wanting to learn Tableau and Azure as that's what your friends are doing - but your manager isn't interested in upskilling you?

Well the biggest killer to your career is stagnation, and the greatest boost is learning new skills, and you can learn some fantastic ones in Cheadle.

You'll be working on the world's first integrated Analytics solution for a company that has an international presence and is the main rival to Uber - not a bad fact to tell the in-laws.

There's no stagnation going on here, you'll start working in Cheadle but the potential for you to do, and go wherever you want, with this company is pretty much unlimited.

Reason being is that they have offices not just in the UK, but in USA, Spain, Brazil and Colombia (post Narcos it's slightly less dangerous nowadays), with 200 employees spread across those countries, with the majority of those people being in IT - and they are recruiting for multiple positions alongside this SQL/BI Developer position.

That means that once you get your feet under the table here, the opportunity to get bigger and better jobs will absolutely come along, so you won't need to be reading any more of these adverts for a while.

Before you take over the world however, you'll be learning Tableau and Azure as you work on a Big Data cloud Analytics platform - some invaluable skills that you'll be using for the next few years for sure. The role is 70% SQL and 30% C# so you'll be enjoying a variety of projects here - if you know C# that's helpful but they are happy to teach you it, so that's yet another skill you can learn here.

You'll be paid anything between £35,000 to £45,000 (dependant completely on how much training you'll need) + benefits like 25 days holiday.
