Service Desk Analyst
A leading global Asset Management firm are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to resolve IT problems in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
The consultancy has a diverse financial services client base that they advise through providing support with strategy and management
You will need to be courteous and diligent as you provide first line remote telephone support for desktop applications. You will quickly respond to incidents and log them appropriately. You will be a point of escalation for unresolved issues.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Operating Systems including Active Directory and Exchange
Windows 7
MS Office 2010 and 2013
