We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to take on the responsibility of providing support to our clients. Primarily the role will be office based but you will be required to visit multiple customer sites on a regular basis.

Microsoft Productivity Suites (Office 2007 - 2016)
Backup Solutions (Veritas Backup Exec, Max Backup)
Administration of Microsoft Server 2008/2012
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
Administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016
Office 365 administration
Virtual Technology (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
Networking (Cisco Firewalls/Cisco Switches/HP Switches)
Storage Solutions (NetApp, EMC, Dell, HP)
Basic Linux Knowledge
Knowledge of monitoring systems (PTRG)
Experience and skills required
A minimum of three years Field Support hands on experience in an IT Desktop/Server support role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification or qualifications are desirable
Logical approach to problem solving
Excellent inter-personal skills with good time management
Proven customer service & communication skills
