IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY/RATE: £24 - 26k

LOCATION: London

Are you a recent IT graduate or junior IT Support professional looking for a company that can offer long term training and development opportunities and a challenging environment where you hone your technical skills?

You are:

Hungry and enthusiastic and looking to prove yourself in a challenging technical environment.

Someone with strong communications skills and the ability to manage inbound / outbound telephone and email correspondence.

Excellent at problem solving and have a keen eye for detail.

Ideally someone that has worked in a customer facing role.
