Excel / VBA Solutions Specialist

Leeds

Working within the Data Tribe, the Excel/VBA Solutions Specialist will be responsible for automating several key CRM processes to help drive efficiencies and improvements across the team.

Tasks

* Work with the CRM team to automate numerous processes critical to the delivery of campaigns

* Build tactical tools to transform data from predefined spreadsheets into various output formats for uploading into delivery systems

* Support the business team in identifying opportunities where automation can streamline delivery processes

* It is envisaged that these tools will be in Excel, but an alternate platform (e.g. VB.Net) is also a possibility.

* Document all tools for handover upon completion.

Capabilities

* Highly proficient in Excel

* Comprehensive knowledge of VBA for Excel with other MS Office products a plus

* A history of quickly building tools that address business process issues

* Able to define technical solutions to solve a business problem

* Able to break problems down into constituent parts and devise appropriate solutions

* Proactive and able to identify inefficiencies where automation can support business process
