Engineering Supervisor

£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + 31 Days Holiday + Company Pension + Company Benefits

Are you an Engineering Supervisor from a manufacturing or scientific background looking for progression to senior management or principle engineering roles within a world leading organisation?

This company are at the cutting edge of technology and specialise in the manufacture of a range of instrumentation equipment and boast an excellent reputation for quality within a specialist field.

Within this role you will play be working alongside multi-disciplinary teams contributing to the development of high-performance systems and components for a range of products, as well as training, delegating and mentoring your own team of engineers. You will take on a leading role supervising a range of projects and consulting with customers on their requirements.

This role would suit an Engineering Supervisor from a manufacturing or scientific background looking for a role within a world leading organisation that offers industry leading training and progression to senior management and principle engineering positions.

THE ROLE:

*Managing and growing a team of engineers including training, appraisals, planning, delegation and coaching

*Understanding customers' bespoke requirements and consulting on specifications

*Providing innovative scientific and engineering contribution to the design of a range of products

THE PERSON:

*Engineering Supervisor from a manufacturing or scientific background

*Looking for progression to senior management or principle engineering role within a world leading organization
