MS Dynamics CRM 365 / Developer / C# / .Net / Permanent / Birmingham / West Midlands

My market leading, global client based in Birmingham is looking for a passionate and experienced MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Developer to join their growing IT team at their UK HQ.

The MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Developer will be responsible for the customisation and development of CRM, Plugins and Custom Workflow Steps, and the implementation of client-side customisation's using Business Rules. You will have core responsibility for creating a best practice process, supported by the CRM system that allows for a best in class customer experience.

Key duties:

*Be responsible for communication with business users to draw out their requirements and ensure clear expectations.

*Be responsible for analysis and documentation of requirements, to be presented back to stakeholders for sign off.

*Create user acceptance test strategies and support users in their execution.

*Contribute to improving development processes and methodologies.

*Provide user support for both technical and moderate changes required by the end user.

*Manage the system maintenance to include tasks such as new users, permission changes, security roles, management of Teams and Queues.

*Ensure that the rigorous process for data integrity is adhered to by ensuring policies for data quality are followed.

*Oversee troubleshooting issues with CRM.

*Oversee workflow management and advanced find functionality.

*Design business intelligence dashboards.

*Create custom reporting, documentation and dashboards to the user requirements linked to best practice approach.

*As a subset of the CRM drive, develop both Click Dimensions and mobile use of the MS Dynamics CRM tool.

*Have regular contact with stakeholders and support users from all areas of the organisation from junior to senior levels.

*Be responsible for rolling out and evolving the CRM strategy and advise on best ways to implement CRM technology to meet our business objectives.

*Be responsible for training/coaching the CRM super users.

*Be creative with the latest updates to the CRM.

Key skills and experience:

*Minimum 4 years development experience with Dynamics CRM 365

*Good product knowledge of CRM 365

*Proficient with CRM workflows, form and plugin development

*C#/.NET development experience and JavaScript

*Proven experience of working in a customer centric business and ability to deliver under pressure

*Demonstrates commitment to corporate values

*Creative, confident, collaborative, energetic, a quick thinker, passionate and keen to learn

*Motivated to succeed in a high paced performance environment

*Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst delivering high quality results

*Ability to learn new technology quickly

*Prepared to challenge colleagues to provide a "best in class" CRM experience

*Autonomous and able to work smart.

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation during an exciting period of change. My client is looking to pay a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 plus a great company benefits package.
